For the past 10 years, they have been producing a truly traditional cheese, made from raw organic milk from their farms in Mayenne and neighbouring cantons in Brittany and Pays de Loire.
We will have a guided tour of the Entrammes organic cheese dairy, followed by a tasting of their cheeses.
Afterwards, we will have lunch at the “Agra” Indian restaurant in Laval.
