April 2023 – Guided Environmental Visit
Several members attended this very pleasant and very informative guided visit. The guide led us through a wooded area and pointed out many native plants including edible varieties. The guide also pointed out several birds using their melodies. The walk concluded by going through a collection of traditional and modern vegetable plots. A convivial Chinese meal end the outing.

GUIDED ENVIRONMENTAL VISIT IN FOREST

A guided environmental walk (about 1km) in the forest near Fontaine-Daniel. During the walk we will hopefully learn about the following aspects.
- Discovery of the fauna and flora
- Evolution of the landscape and local history
- Nature and cultural perception
- Natural gardens
We recommend sturdy walking shoes as ground conditions will be subject to weather conditions.
After the walk we will have lunch at a chinese restaurant in Mayenne.
