2024 – Saturday 19 October2024
51 members attended the AGM. It was followed by a lunch for all 2024/2025 members.
2023 – Saturday 14 October 2023
44 members and 4 officials attended our Annual General Meeting.
Afterwards, a lunch was organised for the paid-up members attending the meeting.
2022 – Saturday 8 October2022
The AGM was attended by approx 40 members and 3 dignitaries. After the formalities, a lunch was held for all current members.
2021 – Saturday 6 November2021
Our AGM and joint 30th Anniversary Celebration was attended by 67 members and 8 official guests.
After the celebratory meal, provided by “Le Relais” from St-Quentin-les-Anges, for current members, attendees were invited to participate in a number of animations consisting of various games.
We would like to thanks all volunteers who assisted with the before and after preparations.
2020 – Saturday 27 March 2021
2020 AGM was postponed due to Coronavirus Covid-19 restrictions and was held online using Zoom conference call.
2019 – Saturday 5 October
Held at La Visitation in Mayenne, at 10:00 with a good attendance and was followed by a complimentary buffet for current 2019-20 members.
2018 – Saturday 6 October
Held at La Visitation in Mayenne, at 10:00 with a good turnout and was followed by a complimentary buffet for current 2018-19 members.
2017 – Saturday 23 September
Held at La Visitation in Mayenne, at 10:00 and was followed at 12:30 by a free buffet for current 2017-18 members.
2016 – Saturday 24 September
Held in the refectory in La Visitation in Mayenne at 10:00 am and followed by a complimentary lunch.
2015 – Saturday 26 September
Held in the Refectory, La Visitation, Mayenne.
2014 – Saturday 27 September
Held in the Espace Grimaldi, Place des Halles, Mayenne. For the first time the AGM was held before the lunch rather than after it.
Followed by a free buffet lunch for all who attended the meeting.
